Using this site

You may read this site, and contact us through it. You may not:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with anyone else using it.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been granted access to, including the administration area.
• Copy, scrape or republish its content or design as your own.
• Send us anything through it that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone’s rights.

What this site is, and is not

Everything here is an invitation to do business, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us. A contract exists only when we have both signed a written agreement setting out scope, price and timing.

Descriptions of what the platform can do describe capability in general. What your build includes is what your agreement says it includes.

Accuracy

We take care that what we publish is true and current, and we correct what we find to be wrong. We do not warrant that every page is complete or free of error at every moment.

Where we quote a figure that is not our own result — an industry benchmark, for instance — we say so on the page. If we ever fail to, tell us and we will fix it.

Getting in touch, and what follows

When you submit the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, you are asking us to contact you about the service. We will, on the number or address you gave us.

We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry, and we will not send you marketing messages you did not ask for. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop.

How we handle what you send us is set out in our privacy policy.

WhatsApp

Conversations with us on WhatsApp are carried by the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and are subject to Meta’s own terms as well as these. We are an independent solutions provider on that platform. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting as agent for Meta, and WhatsApp is their trademark, not ours.

We do not control the availability of WhatsApp itself, or whether a message you send through it arrives.

Availability

We do not promise this website will be available uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. This clause is about the website; the availability of a platform we run for you is dealt with in your agreement.

Other people’s sites

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information. The link is not an endorsement.

Our content

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to Experia Immersive Code (Pty) Ltd or are used with permission. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site or a substantial part of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act. Your rights under that Act are not affected by anything written here.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.

Complaints

Tell us first: support@engageone.plus. We would rather hear it than have you take it elsewhere unheard. Nothing in this clause stops you approaching the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, the National Consumer Commission, or a court.
